This is the Initiation ceremony for all new admins. If you lose you lose your job. Just kidding that would be messed up, but if you do lose nothing will really happen, it just gives a me a feel on how far you can be pushed. So Guest pay attention because this could definitely help you out a lot.

the initiation is basically a pokemon battle, we each will be using three pokemon of the pokemon generators choice. Keep in mind That I will find out if you are excessivley generating pokemon because you don't like the ones it is giving you. I will say that you can only generate two times, other than that nothing more or nothing less:

The stadium was gigantic, as I walked in and saw my opponent. My name appeared in lights on a giant board. *LUNICK VS ALEX!* it read, in an array of glowing, neon colours. I felt like I was in Las Vegas somewhat! I drew my attention back to the battlefield, and glanced at Alex. I wondered what pokemon he had been rented for this battle. I drew a pokeball, at random, as I didn't know myself what pokemon I had been given yet. It tossed it across the floor, and out floated a graceful Jumpluff. "Darn." I said quietly. I hated Jumpluff, they were weak, and it wasn;t what I was hoping for, but it was how the cookie crumbles. I waited for my opponent to make his move...

Alex looked at the filed himself. Such and astonishing sight. Lights here, and there, almost entirely everywhere there was some form of excitment worth taking just a few moments of yur life staring at. It was then when Lunick had entered the stadium that the tention grew, who knew what would've happened, lets just make sure what ever the end result is that is is something both competetors are proud of. Thatw as when Lunick sent out his Pokemon, Jumpluff. Then Immediately after the revealance of the pokemon is when Alex threw a pokeball as well which revealed the Infamous Swoobat, "As I said before, may you go first" Alex said with a generous smile and the referee didn't seem to have any problem with that whatsoever as he held both flags up beginning the battle.

"Thank you." I said nervously. "Here comes my tactic! Jumpluff, U-Turn!" This attack was the perfect start. I could use a bug type move, super-effective against Swoobat, and then return my weak Jumpluff! I could then swap it for a pokemon that perhaps could be a little stronger. Jumpluff soared quickly, hoping to hit Swoobat directly with the move. It was getting closer and closer, and planning it's retreat back to me. What would happen?

"So, u-turn, eh?" Alex said as he stuided the move of the Jumpluff. "Thats pretty dangerous toward my Swoobat, Gotta think fast," Alex looked at swoobat as it looked back at him and began to fly. "Swoobat Use Psychic, stop that pokemon in its tracks" The swoobat began to radiate with a blue outline around tis body as the targetted pokeon did the same. Sense the Jumpluff was already heading toward Swoobat to begin with, and using u-turn, it was nearly almosy impossible to change tactics, which gave Swoobat the brief uper hand in this situation.

"Quick, Jumpluff! Turn back!" I shouted, but before I had chance to save my Jumpluff, it was hit by the powerful Psychic. "Damn!" I snarled, as I was unsure about the worthiness of my pokemon. "Jumpluff, try U-Turn again!" I yelled, as Jumpluff was already within close range of the Swoobat, and it couldn't possibly miss again could it?...

Alex looked at Lunick's tactic again. using the same move really wasn't all that bad of an idea, but in the same form was really lacking. "Swoobat, use Air slash on Jumpluff" Swoobat lifted its wing in the air and a sphere of wind was formed as it threw it in the direction of the Jumpluff whom was using U-turn. The sphere was getting closer and closer to the Jumpluff, and at the speed the two were going, was it possible for Jumpluff to react quick enough it evade the incoming attack?

The glow of the U-Turn, and the swift winds of the Air Slash collided valiently, creating a strong yellow light. "Argh!" I yelled, as I sheilded my eyes desperately. I saw my Jumpluff coming back to me. The U-Turn had worked, but I couldn;t work out if it had damaged the Swoobat or not. My Jumpkuff's health was low anyway, so I returned it, and kept it for later in the battle. "Okay, Go Escavalier!" I shouted, as a majestic blue beam shot out of a net ball, and out came a war-ready Escavalier. "Just wait." I told it reassuringly. I wanted to see if Jumpluff's move had hit, and hopefully, it will have.

The Swoobat seemed to have been unaffected by the U-turn. It seems that the jumpluff mistook the air slash attack as Swoobat itself because it had returned without even attacking its designated target." Swooooobat!" the swoobat said with excitement and joy as the next pokemon came out, "I guess it is eye who will take the next move, Swoobat Air slash once more!" The swoobat used its air slash and that same sphere of wind was shot at the Escalvier as fast as the previous one.
