This is the Initiation ceremony for all new admins. If you lose you lose your job. Just kidding that would be messed up, but if you do lose nothing will really happen, it just gives a me a feel on how far you can be pushed. So Guest pay attention because this could definitely help you out a lot.

the initiation is basically a pokemon battle, we each will be using three pokemon of the pokemon generators choice. Keep in mind That I will find out if you are excessivley generating pokemon because you don't like the ones it is giving you. I will say that you can only generate two times, other than that nothing more or nothing less:

Here is my generated pokemon,(Also Admins be truthful because I don't give Liars the time of day and I'm pretty sure you don't want me to give you the cold shoulder), ALSO we will ONLY be generating THREE pokemon to wrap things up quicker.

The lights in the stadium were on, and a strage silence was lingering the large battle area.
"All right!"
With a long ponytail that day, Terra entered the main corridor, and descended the stairs.
As she reached the center of the arena, she had a pokèball in hand, and was toying with it.
"This is going to be fun, and I'll start with Luvdisc!"
A pink heart-like fish popped out of the pokèball after Terra threw it.
"Do your best, Luvdisc!"

Alex entered the stadium field, and before even entering the stadium itself, the crowd of people yelling and cheering of excitement could be heard. Alex had a grin on his face as he looked at Terra who seemed to be ready. "Well shakk we" He said as terra sent out a luvdisc. Alex threw a pokeball and out came Maractus ready and blaring to go, "you have the first move" he said as he study her motives.

"I will take all the advantage I can get" Terra smirked. Luvdisc isn't exactly a good pokèmon to take into battle, especially against a grass type, but it had a few tricks to use, and she had to make it use them to not waste a turn switching in a fitting pokèmon.
"Luvdisc, sheep's eyes! Use Attract!"

Alex noted how terra took point. He quickly looked at the Luvdisc pokemon as it used that infamous move, Attract,"Okay Maractus dodge" the small cactus pokemon jumped out of the way of the ring of hearts getting ready to make it infatuated by the Luvdisc, but it managed to move out of the way just in the nick of time. "Okay Maractus, Use sunny day" This radiant bluish purple with hints of dark green in it sphere was formed from maractus and then shot in the sky. When it was nowhere to be seen the sky instantly lit up and became even more sunnier than before. "Thats more like it"

"Sheer Luck" commented Terra, with a smile. It was a game after all, and luck was part of it.
"Luvdisc, Sweet Kiss now, keep up the dirty tactic!"

"Luck doesn't have anythign to do with it," Alex said in a stern tone. "Maractus Dodge and use needle arm," For some reason maractus was much faster than it had been before. It actually was a lot faster than it had been before. What was it that made the Cactus pokemon so fast? "It seems like the ability has kicked in," Alex smiled. it seems chlorophyl and ability that boost the pokemons speed when the sunlight is harsh, has been activated and now maractus was much faster than that of the luvdisc, unfortunately the Chlorophyll kicked in a little to late because the sweet kiss has affected Maractus and now made her confused beyond belief.

[OOC]Let's say I'm not liking this dodging with no consequences at all against moves with 100% hit chance in the games (your pokèmon has no dodging skills too). If we were using the games I should be the one with a slight advantage, with your pokèmon crippled to 75% chance of losing his action (50% from attract and a further 50% from sweet kiss) and 50% self hitting chance (from sweet kiss).
It's too easy to say your pokèmon dodged and avoided with no side effects, and a little unfair too. Without those moves luvdisc is a completely useless pokèmon with useless stats to begin with...so yeah, it's a pokèmon that's usually dead from the start of a battle without resorting to cheap tactics.

The attack was supereffective, and the luvidsc fainted with a single attack.

Useless pokèmon are always useless, that was the lesson from that day. Terra swore to herself to never, ever try to catch a luvdisc in her life.

"Tch..." Terra pulled out her next pokémon "All right Weepinbell, exploit this sun and hurt that Maractus! Turn his move against it! Crush it with Wring Out! And finish it off with Sludge Bomb immediately after! No mercy!"

(((In my defense when a pokemon is faster, game wise, there speed also follows the line of their evasiveness. This is how the actually game works, which is how my strategy is. A pokemons speed, game wise, increases there evasiveness. But seeing as how Luvdisc is kind of a handi-cap pokemon, i'll gladly redo my post if you would like to redo yours as well.)))

[OOC]My strategy was pretty much the same, as I had the faster pokèmon.
The only thing Luvdisc has is speed, and before the Sunny Day it was actually more than 50% faster than maractus, with 97 speed against 60.
By speed alone, Attract should have worked flawlessly on your maractus.

"Oh no you don't," Alex retreated his Maractus and sent out tranquill, "Hmm, a tranquil eh?" He looked at the weepinbell who had already seemed to have been performing its moves. But how would it work out knowing that its previous target has returned to its pokeball...or did it not matter? "Tranquill use quick attack to dodge then use tail wind right after," The tranquill managed to dodge the attack of the wring out, but the sludge bomb seemed to have got it soon after. "Its okay, shake it off, and continue with your next move tail wind," The tranquill's speed vigorously increased.

You switched off your pokèmon with no drawbacks and I lost an action for the third time.

Even if I anticipated your switch using wring-out to cripple any choice you could put out using a powerful normal attack, I lost the move because of the switch? That doesn't happen in the games and should not happen here.

Using what you did I can freely switch the electrike, avoiding the attack entirely? It doesn't make any sense.
Also, what keeps me from switching again on your next attack? Switching like this is gamebreaking ^^

This isn't right Alex. I'm not angry, but this combat system isn't working.

(((((Well the way your worded your post you really didn't give me a chance to do anything. Normally in the actual show the opponents, after one of there pokemon is beat, will both switch in a new pokemon, I am not saying that happened all of the time, but it mostly happened. So at that moment I was stuck as a rock in a hard place. Its not that the battle system isn't working, its mainly the fact that we are both failing to see what either of us are doing. Plus tranquill was going to get poisoned anyways, I am not that big of a cheater, I am not a cheater at all I am just playing by the book ^^;;;;))))
