TRAINING
After travelling for quite a while on a ship along with the Elekid he recently got from his father, Maximillion Maimou, a trainer who was born on One Island and travelled through many regions including Kanto, Johto, Hoenn, Sinnoh and Unova, finally set foot on the Honiso Region. Unlike other trainers who would go to get some food for theirselves and their pokemon, though, Maximillion decided to train his Elekid instead. With a serious look on his face, the trainer grabbed Elekid's pokeball out of his pockets and threw it on the ground while saying "Come out Elekid."
As soon as the pokemon was thrown on the ground a small pokemon that look like a batter with hands and legs appeared. The pokemon had a strange head, an angry-looking face and black stripes on its body. It said "Elekid!" with an angry voice, prepared to do what its trainer asked. Apparently, the pokemon was just like its trainer. Serious and always eager to train to the very limit so that it would be able to defeat pathetic and weak pokemon without any effort at all. That was how it wanted to be...
"Okay Elekid." the trainer said. "We will start training your moves...". Then, he raised his hand quickly and pointed towards a brick. He continued speaking "Use Karate Chop on the brick until you break it. You will not get any food if you do not manage to break it.". The electric pokemon nodded, showing that it understood what it should do. It turned its head towards the brick. Then, it raised its left hand and it started shining. It said "Elekid!" as it struck the brick with the attack, not doing anything at all.
"What was that?" the trainer said. "Keep using your attack and with more strength.". "Elekid!" the pokemon responded meaning "Okay!" before it raised its hand and started striking the brick rapidly in order to break it. Eventually, after 5 attacks the brick had started breaking. That was a very quick progress. Seeing what happened, Maximillion said "Come on... Keep doing it.".
Afterwards, Elekid started trying even harder. The electric type pokemon struck the brick more rapidly and after around ten more hits it managed to break it in two. Maximillion smiled and said "Hmph. You will eat..." before returning it back at its pokeball.". However, before leaving another trainer approached him and said "I saw you training over there... Are you interested in battling with my friends?"
"Friends?" Maximillion asked. "What do you mean?".
"I meant my pokemon."
"Hmph, you are pathetic. Pokemon are not friends. They are just for battling." the trainer from One Island commented with a smile on his face. "Do you really think so?" the other trainer said with an irritated face. "Indeed." Maximillion said, with a voice that clearly mocked the trainer. "Enough!" the trainer said before throwing a pokeball on the ground. "You may come Smoochum!" he said as he called his pokemon.
"You are so persistent... As you really want to be humiliated, I guess I have no other choice." Maximillion said before throwing Elekid's pokeball on the ground in order to call it. In no time Elekid appeared and look at Smoochum. It said "Kid!" with an angry look as it prepared itself for the battle.
"Start with Thundershock!" Maximillion commanded his pokemon and Elekid launched a weak electric attack to the opponent's pokemon.
"Dodge it!" the opponent said and Smoochum jumped away from the attack. Then, he said "Now, go with Powder Snow!" and the ice type pokemon launched a weak ice type attack towards Elekid.
"Smash the ice with Karate Chop!" Maximillion responded and Elekid started using Karate Chop from its left hand, breaking the ice particles before they could damage it. Afterwards, Maximillion commanded. "Now, strike that Smoochum!" and Elekid jumped on it and attacked it on the head.
"No, Smoochum!" its trainer said with a worried face. However, the pokemon was still okay. It could battle. "Good!" the trainer remarked as his pokemon stood up. "Use Pound!".
"Take it!" were the words of Elekid's trainer and Elekid stood on its way, surprised. The attack struck it and caused it a little bit damage. What could Maximillion be thinking? "Now use Thundershock!" he continued and Elekid launched another electric attack towards Smoochum.
"Dodge it again!" Smoochum's trainer said but Smoochum did not. Apparently, the hit from the Pound attack enabled Elekid's Static ability and so Smoochum was paralyzed and could not move. In no time it was hit by the attack.
"Now, finish it off with Karate Chop!" were Maximillion's words and Elekid attacked Smoochum, finally defeating it. The battle had just ended.
"NO!" Smoochum's trainer said with a surprised face. "Return Smoochum!".
"See?" Maximillion remarked. "You are pathetic. You are having a strong bond with your pokemon and so you cannot control them when they start losing. Hmph." he continued before leaving away... The trainer from One Island had just earned his first victory in his first battle in the Honiso Region.

TRAINING
After winning his first battle in the region, Maximillion Maimou, a trainer from One Island, headed towards the pokemon center in order to hand over his Elekid to the Nurse Joy so that it would receive some treatment. It took a little bit damage from its previous battle with a trainer's Smoochum so it had to be treated. Apparently, the trainer had a plan in his mind to train it and it would require much strength to pass through that training.
After waiting for quite a while, the Nurse came out and handed over the pokemon to the trainer. Then, Maximillion left from the pokemon center, prepared to train the pokemon. However, before he started he was approached by another trainer this time. The trainer was a strange boy at his own age. He wore a pair of glasses and had long yellow hair. He wore casual clothes and had a scar at his right cheek. He said "You. Do you want to have a battle with me?"
That trainer surprised Maximillion a lot. He had not seen a man like that before so he was a little bit shocked. However, he soon realised that there was nothing wrong with him. He said "What makes you believe that I will accept?". The man with the yellow hair smiled. He said "I see... You are that kind of guy... Very well then, I am just telling you that you will battle me!". Afterwards, he grabbed a pokeball and threw it on the ground. He said "I am calling for your assistance Magby!" before the fire type pokemon appeared.
"What the heck?" the trainer thought with a surprised face. Something wrong was going on. That place... Every single trainer there had a baby pokemon. First that man who challenged him before with the Smoochum and now that man with the Magby. And Maximillion himself had an Elekid. What a coincidence... However, he did not bother thinking about that and said "Come out Elekid." with a serious look on his face, making the electric pokemon appear.
"Start with Meditate." the trainer commanded his pokemon and Elekid took a stance in which it started meditating, echancing its strength. After meditating for a while, the pokemon's strength was echanced and it was prepared to battle with more attacking power.
"Damn it!" Magby's trainer commented. "Use Ember!" and the fire type pokemon launched the fire attack towards Elekid.
"Dodge and strike with Karate Chop." Maximillion said with a serious voice before the pokemon jumped out of the way and avoided the attack. Then, Elekid rushed towards Magby and attacked it with the fight type move, sending it flying.
"Regain your balance and use Ember once again!" Magby's trainer commanded afterwards. In seconds, Magby kicked the ground and regained its balance before launching the fire attack towards Elekid, striking it and causing much damage. However, the electric pokemon was still standing.
"Hmph. That was pure luck." Maximillion said before pointed towards Magby. "Go with Thundershock." he asked his pokemon and Elekid went with the electric attack.
"Go with Protect!" Magby's trainer said and the fire type pokemon surrounded itself with a shield that protected it from the damage. Afterwards, he said "Mach Punch!" and Magby appeared in front of Elekid, punching it at the face.
"Take the blow." were the words of the electric type pokemon's trainer and Elekid was hit and sent several meters behind. However, the plan worked once again. Just like with Smoochum, Magby got paralyzed from Elekid's static...
"Great." Maximillion commented with an evil smile on his face. "Finish the battle with a Karate Chop!"
"No Magby!" was the fire type pokemon's trainer's reaction as soon as he noticed his pokemon getting hit and thrown several meters behind and unconscious. Elekid had just won another battle...
Magby's trainer looked with a sad face. He moved his hands on his hair and started moving them in a rush. He shouted "Impossible! There is no way my Magby could have lost!!!". "You are just pathetic." Maximillion responded before turning his back at him. Then, in a similar way with before, he turned his back at his opponent and left away...
