After training his new teammate Snorunt, Alex began his quest, yet again to go and find him an onix. He wanted to train before hand so his team would be ready. it was always good to think ahead of time before making reckless antics. Alex began to scale the side of Mt. Daijou, hoping to find and entrance and something worth looking for. He was definitely hoping to find something worth looking. The heat from the mountain was rather obnoxious but he managed to at least pull through I suppose.

It was going to be quite tough encountering an Onix due to their uncommoness on the encounter scale, but it would be a pretty colossal battler if you managed to find one.
Suddenly out of a bubbling pool of lava leaped a burning Slugma, who looked pretty exausted for some reason...
Anyway, this evidently wouldn't be to hard to knock out at all, so yeah.

"A slugma?" Alex looked at the exhausted pokemon. He knew what he had to do and when to do it. When the onix would come there are two pokemon he would use against it and those two are Genio his Solosis and Alegre is Snorunt. It technically wouldn't be a an unfair match since Onix was far taller and bigger than the two pokemon combined. Looking back at the Slugma, Alex got a pokeball and through it in the air. Quickly Solosis came out and look at the pokemon before it. It was pumped but wait for orders from Alex. Alex didn't want to battle it yet, he wanted to see what would happen first.

"Slug..." moaned the weak pokemon, who wandered innocently up to you. It collapsed in front of you in a strange manner. It looked like it was struggling to breathe. That was when in the lava pools, bursted out an angry Torkoal.
It had Slugma lava all over it, probably from attacking this Slugma, and the Slugma began to cry fiery tears. It was SCARED. Definitely SCARED.
The Torkoal charged forward to you and breathed white smoke in your face. It was ready to battle...

The white smoke coming from out of the Torkoal was nearly intoxicating. The smoke forced Alex to cough and told his eyes to water. He could barely keep them open. Gosh this pokemon is really going all out... He thought looking at the poor helpless slugma on the ground. He looked at Solosis who was furious. "Genio, use roll out and protect the slugma," Genio did as told and also went all out with his attack trying to nail the torkoal where it stands.

The Torkoal was knocked over and it wasn't happy about it at all. It was tipped onto it's shell, and it couldn't regain it's balance. "Oorrr." moaned the Torkoal, who couldn't even attack, but instead it sprayed white smoke all across the stalagtite covered cavern. The Slugma peered up to see what if Torkoal was getting the payback it deserved. And in Torkoal's mouth was a shiny red stone, that Slugma was pointing at with it's head... It appeared to be one of Slugma's possessions...

"I normally don't do this but," Alex began as Genio jumped in the air and started to float. "Genio use Psywave but at the same time use roll out, and nail the Torkoal on its stomach," The white smoke did delay the pokemon's vision for a slight second but Genio managed to get its vision back and was already in the air performing a Roll wave. Genio was spinning rapidly but at the same time was also using psywave creating some sort of fused attack normally a coordinator would've thought of. The Pokemon then slammed itself hard on the torkoal. Lets see what would happen now. In the process of all this however, alex never left his eyes off the object in torkoal's mouth.

The Torkoal yelped angrily as the Solosis came charging towards it, with a fusion move. It was smacked with immense pain in the stomach, and it spat out the crimson rock. "Torrrrr...." moaned the Torkoal as it fainted.
"Lug!" yelled the overjoyed Slugma, who had found the inner strength to collect the object. It grabbed the burning boulder in it's mouth and shook it around happily.
The Torkoal was still laying there, and Slugma was busy playing with it's Fire Stone. What would you do?

Alex looked at the two pokemon, he would like to have them both, and that is what he would do. He threw a pokeball at the fainted torkoal. The bell flung from his hand, and landed on the body of the pokemon. Torkoal was then captured in the ball. Not waiting to see if torkoal was officially captured or not Alex went over to the slugma and asked it if it wanted to join him on his quest to beat the most strongest trainers out there. Solosis was by his side also requesting that Slugma join the team. Alex held a pokeball out in front of Slugma waiting to see what the outcome would be.

The Torkoal was indeed caught- but the Slugma didn't seem all too keen on the idea of joining you. It looked like you'd have to make up your mind: which did you want more, the Torkoal, or the Slugma? Slugma would refuse to join you so long as Torkoal was with you- after all, the creature had stolen one of it's most prized possessions. "Sluuuugma!" It snorted, bits of lava dripping from what appeared to be it's nose. It stared at you expectantly as it 'nommed' on it's peculiar stone.

"Slugma listen," You could definitely here a soft smooth melody playing in the background as Alex began to get serious with his words, "If there is one thing I have learned in the world, it is to forgive and forget. You have to forgive inorder to be forgiven, if you can't forgive then you are no better than that person who has done you wrong, Now I know you don't want to be like that Torkoal, or do you?" Alex looked at the pokemon with a smirk on his face, "You want to be cruel and brutal, don't you?" He continued.

It was slightly comedic; Slugma's reaction. It's eyes grew wider and wider with every word you spoke: and when it finally reached the climax of the "soft music" in the background, Slugma's eyes returned to their original state. Blank and indifferent. It shook it's head disapprovingly, before slinking away, with the fire stone fit snugly in it's body of lava. "Slug, ma." It grunted ▬ it was impossible to tell whether or not the pokèmon understood a word you said or not, but it clearly didn't care. Rather, it was happy to be rid of the Torkoal. Now it could go back to it's daily routine without having to worry about being bullied.

"Can't say I didn't try," Alex was literally washing the sweetness of his tongue, "Can't believe I actually had to say that,gosh what is wrong with me. Now to find that onix," Alex continued to walk on the heated road of Mt. Daijou, it was truly a very excruciating place. The heat was vigorous, the steam from the lava was creating words in the air each saying 'This Place Is Hot', it really wasn't making matters better, but Alex had one,and only one thing on his mind, to find an Onix.

As you continued on your way, you saw a rather large humped Numel wobbling along the blistering hot path. It's large vacant eyes glanced at you apathetically as it passed, snorting a small cloud of smoke in your general direction: as if mocking your very presence. Stupid fire type pokèmon- why do they always think they own the place? Granted, this is a mountain covered in lava, but still!

With another "hmph!" it wiggled it's behind and moved along. Not without leaving a little present for you, though. The creature shot a small ember attack at your feet, chuckling casually as it watched your reaction. What an odd Numel. It was probably of the naughty nature: which is pretty rare for a member of it's species.

Alex took a slight pity glance at the pokemon as it spat an ember at his shoes. "What a nuisance," He began to say as he ignored its very existance without even thinking about acknowledging it. "This is why I never come here," He began as Genio was right beside him listening to what he was saying. "The pokemon here do not have any respect at all, not for each and surely not for others, once I get my onix I am leaving this place," Even though alex was mad at the stated statement that kinda applies to most pokemon places he believed Mt. Daijou was the worst, even Gai Peninsula is better, he thought.

Didn't seem like you were having too much fun. Things were starting to look up, though! The area you were walking in was considerably cooler than the rest: although it was still uncomfortable. Suddenly, you feel something beneath your shoe, and just narrowly avoided tripping. If you would look down- you'd find a stone of sorts. It was covered in mud, but you could see something shining underneath it's encasement.

Alex, nearly tripping over the object couldn't help but take a sudden glance at it. Genio also stopped looking at the strange yet appealing glimmer from it. What could it be? He thought before getting ready to retrieve it. He slowly bent over swaying away the mud from the object. He picked it up slowly.

The stone burned a fiery red, and it was revealed to be a fire stone. In the distance was a serpentine shape, which was extremely large, and looked to be a rock type, it flailed randomly and aimlessly, and lookec hurt.
Would you approach it?

Picking up the stone and putting it in his bag alex felt pretty good about himself. Safely tucking the hot stone away alex looked around some more to see if he could find the pokemon he truly craved. He then heard something. He heard pain. he looked at the direction of where he heard the vigorous noise. He saw a pokeon, 'S' Shaped. Not just any pokemon, it was an onix. The pokemon appeared to be struggling, but what was going on. Alex hated to see a pokemon in pain like that so instinct told him to help the pokemon out. He ran to the poor thing and tried to see what the problem was from a closer point of view.

"Nix!" yelled the Onix, who rolled over to reveal a large crack in one of it's boulders that formed it's long snake-like body. It roared in pain, and couldn't even battle you, it was just in utter agony. It was then that three angry Darumaka leaped infront of the Onix, and began bashing it's body even more, with hefty pieces of steel. This was the perfect chance for a triple battle.

Three against one wasn't fair no matter how big the pokemon. Alex was getting mad and sent out his Tranquilo, Genio, and Calma. "Okay hold on buddy!" Alex said as all three of his pokemon looked at the Darumaka's with anger. Alex threw a pokeball at the onix to protect it from the attacks of the darumaka's.

Chinka, Chika, Chi.

The heat emanating from the mountain seemed to add to the force of gravity, and Daemon felt heavier than normal. In fact, the heat was so intense that the waves were clearly visible over the rocky ground. It didn't help that he was wearing a jacket, but it at least kept some of the pulsating heat from hitting his skin directly. Closing his jacket to the collar, the trainer stepped along the rocky sides of the mountain to find a path leading inside. Maybe the heat would increase in intensity, but it seemed a more welcome situation than being out here.

Aurelius, his Riolu, must have felt lucky to be in a pokeball right about now. After all, it was probably much more comfortable in there than in the heat. Wiping his brow, Daemon spotted an opening in the side of the mountain. Relieved, he trekked up the sloped ground and went inside. The heat radiated from the walls of the cavern, and the trainer spotted a small passageway leading deeper into the mountain. He threw a pokeball up into the air, releasing his Riolu, who shook himself and seemed to sigh, disappointed that he was now subject to the high temperatures as well.

"I'd rather keep you out here, just in case we run into any pokemon. It'll save me the time it takes to send you out," The trainer said to his pokemon. Aurelius nodded before climbing up Daemon's back, settling onto his shoulder. The duo traveled through the passageway - which seemed to stretch for miles - when they reached another room, just in time to see another trainer capture an Onix. Aurelius jumped off of Daemon's shoulder and ran over to the trainer, excited to see another person in this environment.

Reluctantly, Daemon followed suit, just to make sure that his pokemon didn't cause too much trouble. "Sorry about that," Daemon said, apologizing in advance for Aurel's excitement, "We don't usually have the opportunity to socialize." The trainer's rough voice seemed immune to the phenomenon known as echoes, reaching the other trainer's ears without trouble.

After managing to catch the onix, Alex's next objective was to teach those Darumaka a lesson on what happens when you gang up no a single pokemon. "Okay here we go, Calma use Yawn, Genio, Psywave and Tranquilo meditate," All of the pokemon fired there attacks in a lovely erray of light. The yawn. The Psywave and the meditate, what beauty. It was then when Alex heard a voice nearby and his first instinct was to look to see who else was there, it was then when he saw a boy with a pokemon in the far distance of his vision, what would alex make of it.

(So I'm not modding anymore? I don't get this.)
