At long last, the long ferry ride to Isido Island had ended, and a firey red haired woman had made her way start toward Isido Meadows. It was a notorious place for grass types to live, and she already had a water type why not a grass type too? As she ran she became even more excited then she was when she saw the outline of the island against the brilliant sun. Jade wanted to get there, and fast.
Finally, her eyes were welcomed to the sight of waving grass, a breeze brushing its hand along the blades as they danced with the wind as their partner. What a beautiful place! Jade smiled widely and took her first steps into the grass, her exitment peaking. What would she catch here? A good grass type, maybe even a poison type?! Who knew?

A graceful little Petilil danced by, seemingly unfazed by the ferry arriving. Petilil had her eyes closed and swirled around. However, as graceful as Petilil was, Petilil was about to hit a tree at full force, as she sped p a little with her dance techniques.

Jade's eyes wandered as she walked through the meadow. then they happen to fall up a Petili, such a cute little pokemon as she danced and turned. Then Jade saw the tree, the one Petili was about to run into.
"Watch out there's a tree!"
She shouted, trying to get the Petili to open its eyes and avoid the tree.

Petilil was stopped by Jade and did not realize that she had saved her from the tree, and angrily looked at Jade, as she believed that she had interrupted her dance on purpose. Peri il angrily glared and then she seemingly became larger to become intimidating. Now Petilil was almost bigger than Jade, and she threateningly stared down at Jade, waiting for her response on the now enraged Pokemon.

Jade leapt back as Petili became enraged, obviously thinking she had interupted her peaceful dancing.
"No no! I didn't mean to interupt you! But look!"
Jade's quivering arm pointed to the tree standing in Petili's way.
"You were about to run into that and hurt yourself! Please, I was just trying to help you!"

Petilil became even more enraged as she thought that Jade was just trying to escape the blame. Petilil was really mad and did not seem to be able to be calmed. Petilil used Absorb on Jade, and sucked some of her energy away, obviously demanding for a battle. Petilil sharply glared at Jade, and since she was trying to escape battle, thought of her as a mere weakling.

Jade yelled in terror as Petili used Absorb to take some of her energy away. She was now tired, but also very angry. Grabbing Carmen's pokeball, she brought out her Eevee who hissed at the Petili. Quincy would be at a huge disadvantage facing a grass type. Pulling her weary head together, Jade accepted Petili's challenge.
"Carmen use Tackle!!"
Carmen leapt to her feet and raced toward Petili, angry that it had attacked her trainer.
