Lucas walked through the city of Jiroil, holy hell was this place huge, this was the largest place he had ever been in, there were loads of shops, markets, huge plasma screens with ads on them, loads of pokemon, and a thriving, bustling city teeming with life, this place was definately the place to be, this wasn't a village but a CITY, and this place apparantly had LOADS of electric type pokemon, and that was a type that Lucas desperately needed, as Electric type pokemon usually had good speed and special attack, and were very effective against water type pokemon, or even flying and dragon types, which could pop up and having an Electric Type pokemon could prove very useful indeed. He wandered around near some power lines to see if he could find any electric pokemon.

The nearest Electric-Type Pokemon near was Magnemite, and it was floating around freely, buzzing and exclaiming with joy. There was also a Klink floating near it, who was also buzzing with joy. They were releasing sparks from each other and playing with each other. However, Klink said it's farewell to Magnemite and left. Magnemite then floated around, anxiously looking for something to ease it's boredom.

Lucas looked up at the sky, noticing a lone Magnemite, this was just too good, he had heard about these pokemon draining all of the electricity out of power cables, and weren't in high demand, and so these were common and nobody would miss them, however the Magnemite was floating, so Lucas had to send out a pokemon that could float, that or attack from the bottom up. So he sent out his Larvesta, throwing the pokeball which it was contained it, making it burst open, the ray of red energy forming the pokemon, "Larvesta!" it cried, before Lucas commanded it to use ember, it obeyed, trying to shoot the magnemite out of the sky, shooting embers out of its' mouth and two front horns.

Magnemite was not looking when the Embers struck him and he fell down to the ground. Magnemite barely levitated back up, he was hit hard, and his opponent had a Type Advantage. Nevertheless, he still got back up, and shot a Thundershock at Larvesta. Magnemite also looked around for Kloink, it's friend, but failed to find it.

(Magnemite, Level 11)

The Larvesta saw that it was going to charge up a thundershock attack, so it used the String Shot attack to try and confuse the Magnemite, aiming straight for its' eye, this ability proved rather useful not only for self defense but for distraction, and this method of attack was often used to protect it from potential predators, the String Shot would give Larvesta valuable seconds to strike back with another ember if it hit, it also used ember on its' two side horns, propelling the larvesta to the left to avoid the thundershock, as Magnemite would be reeling from the sticky mess preventing it from levitating.

Magnemite was hit by the String Shot and was stuck to the ground, however, he still launched a Thundershock at Larvesta. The Thundershock went through the sticky mess and at Larvesta with Great Speed. Magnemite then launched a Supersonic at Larvesta, hoping to confuse it for the time being.

Lucas found the opportunity as the Magnemite was on the floor to throw a pokeball at it, it looked like it took a beating from the ember it recieved earlier, and now that it was basically covered in a sticky mess, it didn't look like it was in much of a position to retaliate, the Larvesta managed to avoid the thundershock by using ember through its' horns and using them like a rocket engine, propelling her to the left, but the attack Supersonic, was, as it was named, supersonic, and she couldn't avoid it, this sent her reeling around the place, but she should have a few seconds to try and snap out of it as Lucas threw the pokeball at the Magnemite.

Magnemite was hit and absorbed by the Pokeball. Ding, ding, ding. However, suddenly Magnemite came out and he was angry. Magnemite quickly charged forward at the now confused Larvesta with Tackel. Using electromagnetic energy from Jiroil Square to increase it's power a bit.

Lucas sighed as the pokeball failed, but, it gave the Larvesta enough time to be able to pull itself together and snap out of its' confusion, she shook her head wildly, before looking up to see the Magnemite racing towards it, it was too late, it was tackled by it, Larvesta flew back a bit, as it was made of hard steel it hurt quite a bit, Larvesta was getting rather frustrated, using ember one last time, blasting hot pellets of fire from all five of her horns and from her mouth towards the Magnemite.

Magnemite was shocked to find Larvesta still flying, when it realized that Larvesta had started shooting hot pellets of fire at Magnemite. Too tired to dodge, Magnemite was struck by the fire pellets and fell down. Magnemite could not take any more energy from it's surroundings and stayed down, defeated.

Larvesta panted, it was her first battle and she was victorious, Lucas felt relieved as he thought that she wouldn't be able to win, but she proved everyone wrong and deserved all the respect possible, "Good work Larvesta." He spoke to his pokemon, lightly petting it on the head before he returned it to her pokéball, before Lucas threw another pokéball at Magnemite.

The Pokeball hit Magnemite, and Magnemite was instantly sucked into the Pokeball. Ding, ding, ding, and ding. Magnemite was successfully captured! The Pokeball now lay there on the ground, with Magnemite inside it.

Lucas grinned and picked up the pokeball, clipping it to its' belt, he figured that Magnemite wouldn't be too happy, but hey, sacrifices need to be made, Lucas was curious to see what else he could find in this area of Jiroil, so he walked further down to see what he would find.

A Mawile roamed the concrete floor of Jiroil Square. Her movements were jerky and weird, as if she was confused or something. She came closer to Lucas, and in her gist of confusion, she accidentally bumped into Lucas. However, Mawile ignored the incident as if it never happened and jerkily moved around once more.

Level 7 Mawile.

Scyther burst out of its' pokeball when Lucas was touched by the Mawile, Reaper being heavily protective of his master, flung out of the pokeball and quickly Vacuum Waved the Mawile, being a fighting type move it was super effective against the Steel Typed Mawile, Scyther obviously not amused by this pokemon touching its' master, the vacuum wave was sent by crossing Scyther's two giant scythes and making a massive spiral of air, flying towards Mawile at high speeds.

Mawile was unexpectedly hit back, she glared at Scyther with hatred for the sudden attack. Mawile was struck very badly, but she managed to fake cry, lowering Scyther's defense against Special moves. Mawile bawled it's eyes out, trying to gain fake sympathy, that would allow her a chance to strike.

Scyther looked perplexed as the Mawile cried, this was weird, Scyther had a warrior like personality, and was usually absolutely ruthless in combat, but what could he do here? He looked at his trainer, perplexed. Lucas shook his head in disapproval, wanting Scyther to finish the job, he understood, this pokemon wasn't one that Lucas desperately needed, so Scyther tried to use quick attack to finish it off, hopefully before the Mawile had a chance to realize what happened.

Mawile cried, although she had already realized that it would not work on him. Mawile cried until Scyther was in range, and when Scyther was in range, she quickly made a scary face, using Astonish. Astonish was meant to scare them to the point it hurt, and possible cringe them. Mawile only had two moves, so she had to stick to her tactics. Mawile, unlike most of the other Pokemon in Jiroil Square, could not harness power from the nearby electricity, something that stacked up on the advantages Scyther had.

As Scyther was going to make the final strike, the Mawile put on an expression that took Scyther by absolute surprise, causing him to miss his strikes, making wild slashes in the air as he was surprised, he really didn't expect an attack like this, but Scyther wasn't going to let a cheap shot like that get away easily, Scyther took his breath as his heart rate violently accelerated from being scared, before he crossed his scythe and attempted a Vacuum Wave towards the target.

Mawile arrogantly smiled for a while, until she realized that Scyther was preparing for a final counter-attack. Scyther launched the Vacuum Wave at Mawile, and Mawile was sent flying back. Mawile crashed into an electronic billboard, destroying it. Mawile fainted and Scyther gained a level. However, you might be charged with vandalism, and you might want to escape before the cops arrive.

Lucas' eyes widened at the sheer strength of Reaper's Vacuum Wave, this was stunning, Scyther had used this attack a lot, but not one this powerful, he obviously must've been seriously ticked off by this Mawile, but the Vacuum Wave attack sent the poor creature flying, and Mawile weighed quite a bit at 11kg, which wasn't bad for a creature of its' size, but Lucas really didn't like the trajectory of flight she was taking, and she crashed into an electric billboard, with enough force to completely shatter it and making a rain of sparks as he did so. This was Lucas' cue to get the hell out of here, he turned the other way, making a beeline for the other side of the city, he wanted to run into a Metang, but that had to wait another day, as it certainly wasn't worth being taken down by the cops for, he would try and catch one if he saw one while he was running though.

Nobody chased Lucas, and it was most likely because they had already prepared for these kind of incidents, as wild and sometimes aggressive Pokemon roamed the Square. An Aron approached you while you were running, and playfully looked up to you (literally, not metaphorically). Aron tilted it's head as he noticed that you were running from nothing. Aron wondered what happened, and got in front of Lucas's path, blocking his bee-line.

Lucas continued to run, he didn't know that Jiroil was a very cool city when it came to things breaking, as it was normal due to the aggressive nature of pokémon in this particular area, Lucas was going to stop as he saw an Aron in front of him, whoops, too late, his foot caught against the heavy creature, and something had to give, it was either Lucas' foot, or the Aron, and due to Lucas weighing far less than the said Aron, he flew right over it and slid across the floor. "Oooowwww...." he groaned, clutching his foot as it made contact with the heavy pokémon.

Aron did not sense much, however she had a few seconds of complete darkness. Aron looked at the creature that tripped over him, and observed the creature that was lying on the floor. Aron wondered if it wanted something, so Aron got a nearby Oran Berry on the ground, and offered it to Lucas, thinking that it was too a Pokemon, and liked the taste of Oran Berry.

Lucas slowly tried to get to his feet, but just managing to crawl to his knees, before he sat down, cross legged as the Aron walked towards him, Lucas had no idea what it was doing, but the Aron probably thought Lucas was a pokémon and offered it what looked like an Oran berry, Lucas' knowledge of berries was very shaky, but it was recognizable enough, Lucas didn't know whether to eat it, as it was on the floor, but it looked like it had just fallen from a nearby tree, and wasn't covered in any dust or dirt, Lucas then tried to wash the berry by pouring some water from his water bottle on it, before eating the berry, in all reality Oran berries were okay, and could be eaten by humans without any repercussions, if anything they just tasted like giant blueberries, in return for the berry, Lucas placed a poffin onto the ground in front of the Aron and watched its' reaction.
