June couldn't help but smile as she watched Yang cheerfully glide across the green meadow. It was a beautiful place, and June saw a ton of beautiful Grass Pokemon. The sun was shining brilliantly, something which pleased June, and probably Yang as well. June felt that the flowers and the grass were all beautifully aligned with each other, as they seemed to combine with each other to make the meadow. The meadow stretched on and on, and June wondered how many Pokemon the meadow supported. June carefully glided through the meadow and searched for a Pokemon.

You would see a school of hoppip jump passed you sining. They were beautiful. The flew like dandilions in a hot summers breeze as the glided in the air. They looked like pink dots in the sky as they decided to take a break and go to a little spot where they decided to reside at. They stood there playing with one another as the break they were having was fun for them and fun for all. They were hopping on one another gracefully and peacefully.

June thought for a second, and realized that attacking a whole school of them would be a rather bad idea, and quit on the idea of attacking them. Yang observed them and wanted to play with them, and slowly approached them only to be stopped by June. "Not yet, Yang, you might accidentally hurt them" June slowly said, before Yang halted and approached back. June looked around for more Pokemon, and only Pokemon that were alone. June would also have to make sure that Yang would not hurt them too much, as he was part Fire-Type.

(Information gathered: Your name is June, your pokemon is named Yang. Yang is fire-type. You are playing with hoppip... I wish pocket monsters actually fulfilled the 'monsters' part of their etymology)

You keep playing with the hoppip, keeping a tight leash on your pokemon- after all, you don't want anypoke getting burned, would you? The hoppip bounce up and down whimsically, as you join in on the fun, keeping vigil until it is time to strike. Over at the corner of your eye, you might be able to see a single tree off in the distance. A hoppip is flying obliviously into it. Just as the pokemon was about mindlessly make impact with the bark, a pair of leafy arms reach out of the tree, to snatch up the hoppip.

Before you can panic, the hoppip is released again at the top of the tree. With it, stands another taller, slender pokemon- also a grass type, judging by its appearance. Its head resembles that of a venus flytrap, though with a pair of buggy eyes.

Observing the new Pokemon that showed up once again, June deemed the Carnivine worthy of being captured. June signaled to Yang by nodding her head. June and Yang slowly approached the Carnivine and the Hoppip. When they were in range, June quickly busted out "Ember at both of them!". Yang nodded and shot flames from his candle flame on top of his head at the two Grass-Type Pokemon. It would be Super-Effective, however June wanted to defeat the Hoppip, and capture Carnivine.

Unfortunately, Yang's ember attack missed both the hoppip and the carnivine. While the hoppip managed to daintily float away, the other grass type managed to dodge. Unfortunately, the spark of Yang's ember attack managed to light the tree on fire. Before carnivine could gloat, the entire tree burst aflame- caused by you and your pokemon's own recklessness. A flock of bird pokemon flew from the tree, as an egg fell and cracked. What was left, was a dead tree, appearing like a burnt cigarette, after the one smoking decided to just drop it in the ocean without even inhaling a second time.

Carnivine laid on the floor, now peeved since you destroyed its home. Quickly, it lunges at your pokemon, attempting to use a bind attack to choke the life out of it.

June saw that the Pokemon attacked, and quickly said "When it get's close, quickly use Ember one more time!". The wind blew, and the temperature was getting higher, something that should strengthen Yang. Yang felt a bit guilty about what he did to the tree and all of it's inhabitants. However, Yang quickly let that guilt fade away, seeing the huge Pokemon charging towards him. Hearing his master's words, Yang quickly released a flurry of fire-balls from his candle flame at the Grass-Type Pokemon.

Carnivine, with its lith body managed to dodge, bending in what would be an awkward position for a human. Quickly, it backflipped backwards, and used a growth ability. The sun at its high position would increase this technique- and to your surprise, it manages to grow into a giant compared to your tiny fire type pokemon. Your embers fall to the grass, but the carnivine quickly pats it out, keeping the fires from doing any further damage. It makes its battle cry, shouting its own name, though probably cursing yours.

"Sneaky little thing! Yang now that it's bigger, dodge any upcoming attacks and use Ember at full force!" shouted June who quickly took extra measures to protect herself as well. Yang saw the huge Pokemon, but realized that it will be easier to hit him since it was bigger. Yang's Candle Flame burned ferociously and then Yang launched a large flurry of fire-balls once again at the now-huge Pokemon. The fire-balls were made from Yang's very own heart, and it glided through the air.

The bloated grass pokemon swaggered forward, believing it could catch bullets, only to quickly learn that it was wrong. It attempted to swat away a fire ball. The first time it worked- the second time, not too well. It's head caught fire, doing a bit of damage, though it was able to pat the flame out. Continueing with its onslaught, the carnivine struggles ever so closer, now with a first degree burn on its head. Its leafy arms are outstretched, attempting to use a wrap attack, suppressing the candle.

Yang was quickly caught by the huge Carnivine and grunted " Lit Lit". June saw the struggling Pokemon, and bit her lip. "I'll show you not to mess with my family!" and with those words, June threw a Pokeball at the huge Pokemon. Since Carnivine was already damaged, and had a first-degree burn, June thought it would be easy to capture it, or at-least stop Carnivine's assault on Yang. Yang smiled after hearing that June called him her family.

The ball shook, and rather violently at that. Nonetheless, it made a ping each time. Around the fourth, the movement nearly came to a halt. At the fifth ring, the carnivine released itself, crossing its arms, and cursing at you, though it can really only say its own name. You could see a tear forming in its eyes, as the pokemon burrows its vines in the ground preparing for its next attack.This would be another wrap, but with both the arms, and the 'legs', which would spring from out of the ground like actual vines.

"This is too much of a trouble for one single Pokemon, Yang, finish it with an Ember before it attacks!" shouted June as he watched Carnivine about to begin his assault. June realized that it would attack from the ground, and looked quietly at Yang to see if he realized. Yang had realized as well, as he was not stupid, but rather like his master, quiet and observant. Yang quickly dodged as the vines came up and then prepared to retaliate. Yang had been rather exhausted from using Ember a bunch of times, but nevertheless still launched flames from his candle flame. The flames charged toward Carnivine, this was probably their last chance, as Yang was exhausted.

A direct hit! Carnivine was sent flying, though not before using its saving throw- at your pokemon. Out from it's leafy arms, the carnivine back hand throws forth several seed-like balls- its leech seed attack. After making its final thrash, the carnivine was knocked on the ground, motionless. Congratulations, you've won the battle- but at what cost? Its attack was to no avail, the seeds falling to the grass where they couldn't do much but act as a nutrient for the plants when it decays. The carnivine is without a home, shamed and fainted. Still, it will not go with you- its heart still burns with hate for you.

June sighed, as she was exhausted, but she knew that Yang was even more exhausted. June picked him up and started to walk away from Carnivine and the burnt tree. June felt awful for what happened today, but nevertheless stayed optimistic about tomorrow, hoping that things will go better tomorrow. June set up a camp far away in the meadow from their previous battle. June then slept in a sleeping bag with Litwick beside him.


The sun hit June's face, and June woke up to find Yang already awake and looking her. June quickly gave Yang some food and the duo set out to find Pokemon again. Yesterday was unsuccessful, so June looked forward to today.

As June quickly woke up and got ready for their next search for a pokemon an unusual yet playful pokemon was spying on them. The pokemon was completely green, fur like grass appearance and stood in top of a branch just looking down on you from the tree. He was completely covered by the leafs but his movements inside the patch of leaves simply gave away his location. The grass monkey was actually spying, waiting for June to get away from the food source for him to come in and steal it and claim it his own. This was rare for this pokemon to just appear in pure daylight like this, so he must be in need of something.

June heard some movements in the leaves, in the large tree near her. Yang heard it too, however he waited for his master to make the first movements. June turd back and looked at the large tree, waiting for the Pokemon or something to show up. After a while, June decided to get some Poketreat to lure it down here. Yesterday, she learned her lesson about being rash and irrational. June quietly offered the Poketreats for him, and put it on a chopped off tree block.

Seeing June had offered him some poketreats Simisage quickly threw himself down and ran towards the trainer. Quickly snatching all the food from her hand and eating the one from the chopped up tree trunk, and ran back to the tree where he resided before. After major movement inside the tree he had finished all the food the grass monkey ran down to June once more hoping there was more food. Seeing there was no more, the monkey began to go in a rampage and swung his barbed tail to June's chest knocking her back on her behind. Simisage kept on going wild, jumping up and down with rage.

"Ungrateful little parasite!" said June as she was hit back, but she quickly got back to her feet. "Yang, use Astonish!" shouted June after she got back on her feet. Yang was angered by Simisage's behavior and then quickly spawned before Simisage and made a scary face. " Lit Lit WICK!" shouted Yang while using Astonish.Astonish had a chance to flinch a Pokemon as well as cause damage, so when Simisage is flinched, Yang could launch an Ember.

The simisage got frightened to the sight of the Litwick next to him. He was easily inflicted by the astonish causing him to fall down to the ground face first. A hard hit he would take upon the fall, nearly tiring him. The Simisage quickly tried to get up but only to fall on his knees in the attempt to get up. Giving enough time for the Litwick to once again attack while the opening was presented. The ember quickly engulfed the grass pokemon, the pokemon chanting with pain as the fire burned his body.

"Good job Yang" praised June, to which Yang smiled and happily responded to "Lit Lit". "I'll take of the rest" assured June. June quickly looked through her bag, and found a Pokeball. June threw the Pokeball at the Simisage with great force. June and Yang both looked with anticipation at the Pokeball and Simisage. The aroma of the meadow was still untouched and vibrant, the wind was low, and it was very sunny. June glared carefully as the Pokeball zoomed in.

The simisage would yell in pain as June's pokeball just smacked against the top of his forehead opening, absorbing the green monkey into sphere. A small thud would sound as the pokeball would fall to the ground, causing a small cloud of dust to rise around it. The pokeball shook 1.......2.......3, a small click would sound as the pokeball remained in a stop. YOU MOTHAFUCKA CAUGHT A SIMISAGE [LV.7]...

June was happy that she finally caught a Pokemon, and then she grabbed Simisage's pokeball and started heading for somewhere besides the meadow. Yang quickly followed. June took her bag and supplies and sighed. June would have to restock on food, and buy much more since Simisage seems like he eats a lot. With that, June started walk away from the meadow and towards a new place.
