After defeating the pokemon league of not one, but two regions, Winston needed some R&R. This time, he decided to visit the beach. It wasn't his first time however, in fact, this was the same beach where he and his father caught his first pokemon. It was a magikarp. Usually, his father would release his caught pokemon, but after half an hour of begging, Winston finally got what he wanted. At that time, he was ten. Four years had passed since then. Now, although he has caught many pokemon, only two were really important to him- his gyarados, once a magikarp, and his politoed- a gift. Both, he has trained since they were small basic stage pokemon, politoed since he was an egg.

The beach was a nice relaxing place, though its waves foreshadowed that the day would come to anything but. He Regardless, Winston continued his stroll, coming across a man fairly young, though older than Winston himself. Winston simply stood in the water, wading in the water in plain blue swimming trunks. "Alright, here we go", Winston said, releasing his two pokemon in the water. "Play nice now, you two!"
