I read something on the rules regarding the possibility of a member having a second account for another character. Seems am too lazy to wait for 300 RP posts to get a second character, will a staff member please tell me if you approve and allow me to make another account? Thank you very much for your support.

Hm. I agree with Ley.
The rules have been like this for a while, and it would be unfair to people who worked hard to earn a second account.
Just keep trying, and eventually, you'll get your second account. :]
