Zane was walking along the path made of stone. Although he wasnt even in a village or a city. It was just a stone path in the middle of the land. He decided to follow it. He didn't know to what way he should go butr he figured he would end up somewhere.

Eliona was taking a nap, as useual. She wasn't the most playfull when the sun wasn't out. The gray clouds were in the sky, from as far as you could look.

(Hey Zoiyu! Haven't spoke in ages! How are you?)

The floor was a granite texture, your shoes scraping, creating a rather piercing noise. Thunder crackled rather boldly in the sky. It seemed that today was not going to be of the best weather. But weather didn't matter, as pokemon were always around the corner, on any adventure. Jiroil Square was famous for it's wide variety of steel pokemon. The stormy atmosphere was infact a good thing, as it is rumoured that many steel pokemon are drawn to the area when it is surrounded in electrical impulses. All of a sudden, a chomping metal noise envelopes your feet. You feel a tug on your trousers. When you spin around, a small Durant is trying to get your attention. What would you do?

Zane turned around, not paying attention to the bad weather. He loves thunder storms. He saw a Durant at his legs. "Um, Hi. Can i help you with something?" Zane asked. He wondered why the Pokemon would come up to him so easily. Zane always thought that most Pokemon would stay away from trainers, not wanting to be caught.

Zane looked up. "What the..." He saw the boy with the net running towards him. He then felt that the Durant was crawling behind his leg. "Awww you poor thing." Zane said behinding down, petting its head. Zane looked up at the boy. "No, i will not go out of the way." Zane said, calm. Atleast one should stay calm. Zane placed the scared Durant on his arm, with Eliona on his other arm. "Fine i will battle you." Zane said. As soon as he said 'Battle' Eliona woke up and jumped of Zane's arm. "I'm sorry Eliona, you will have to sit this one out. You are weak against Bug-Type Pokemon." Eliona looked sad bu accepted it. Zane got his own PokeBall ready.

"Okay then! Bring it!" the boy yelled, as he tossed his pokeball into the misty air. Out flew a Shelmet, landing on the ground with a resounding plonk. "Met, met, met." it muttered while slowly approaching the centre of the street. It waited ominously for you to select your pokemon.

'That looks like a thee cup, it even had the ear of the and all.' Zane thought. "Oke, A Shelmet it is." Zane threw up his own PokeBall. "Go Neote." Zane said. A Eevee came out of Zane's pokeball. Zane didn't have a pokemon that was Super Effective against Bug-Type Pokemon, but atleast Neote isn't weak against them. "Neote, use your Tail Whip." She nodded. She turned around and she began wagging her tail towards the Shelmet, lowering his Defense.

The Shelmet stood strong and took the defense lowering attack. It's defense would still be relatively high. The snail seemed rather unphased. Without taking notice from it's trainer, the bivalve pokemon catapulted a flair of poisonous sludge at Neote. This was undoubtebly an Acid attack. This rather pathetic pokemon was not so pathetic after all. It jumped on the small protrusions, acting as it's feet, and let out a happy purring noise. Neote was now poisoned. This could be fatal.

"No Neote!" Zane said as he saw that she got poisoned. 'This isn't good.' He thought. "Neote, use your Yawn!" Neote nodded. She opend her mouth trying to forget the pain of the poison. A big bubble was shot towards the Shelmet. Zane thought that if Neote is poisoned, that bringing the Shelmet to sleep would atleast protect her from more damage taken from normal attacks.

The shelmet attempted to jump away, still getting hit by the drifting cloud. It didn't appear to be fazed by the attack, then again, it really shouldn't be. Quickly, it used another sludge attack, catapulting the bile from its tube-like mouth before drifting to sleep from the yawn inducing attack by Neote. It seems weak enough, and is sleeping. Right now would be the best time to catch it, but of course, it is your decision.

[OOC: The Shelmet is from a trainer. I can't catch it :P]

"Neote, try to avoid it! If you do, we have this battle in our pocket!" Zane said. Neote nodded. In pain, she tried to move as quickly away as possible. She got hit by the attack anyway. Thankfully not completely, just her paws. "Ee, Eevee." She said getting on her knees, watching the Shelmet go to sleep. "Yes, Neote, we did it!" Zane shouted proud. Zane bended down to Neote, to her eye level. "Can you do a Tackle?" Zane asked. Neote hesitately stood up and began to run towards the sleeping Shelmet.

[Well, sorry about that XD]

The bug catcher screamed. "Hey! Wake up, lazy!" There was a frustrated tone in his voice- obiously he didn't like losing. "Get up!" He cried "use Leech seed now!" The bug pokemon didn't wake up. "Move! Move before it hits you!" The boy screamed, as the eevee tossed his pokemon in the air. It woke up mid flight, using leech seed as its trainer commanded.

"Yeah, good hit Neote!" Zane shouted encouraging to Neote. But Zane didn't see it coming that the Shelmet would already awaken. "Dammed" Zane said. He didn't see the Leech Seed move coming. Neote got hit. Zane pulled out his PokeBall. "Neote Return!" Zane said. He didn't want her to be in anymore pain. The Poison and the Leech Seed sure wasn't going to help.

Zane pulled out a different PokeBall. "Go, Meoroil!" Zane tossed the pokeball in the air. A Eevee came out. "Meoroil, use your Yawn!" Zane commanded. Zane figured that Meoroil could win this round becuase the Shelmet was already damaged and his defense was already lowered by Neote's Tail Whip move. Meoroil charged towards the Shelmet at full speed.

The yawn attack managed to hit the shelmet as its eyes began to grow weary and it swayed left and right trying to stay awake as you were about to hit it. It managed to shoot its eyes open for a second, then slowly they closed. Slowly, slowly, slowly...then. THUD! the shelmet fell to the floor fast asleep. Sleeping like a baby if I do say so myself.

"Yes, he is sleeping again. Go ahead Meoroill! Use your Tackle!" Zane said. Meoroill nodded and ran towards the Shelmet at full speed. She didn't take any damage yet, so she could use her full speed and power. And now that the Shellmet is asleep it will hit hard.

Finally the moment of truth was among you and everything that surrounded you as your pokemon was about to finally knock out the selmet. Seconds past as everything went slow and silent for a brief moment. The sleeping shelmet remand asleep and didn't look like it would wake up for a while. That is when your eevee made contact with the bug and hit it hard and fast as it flew back and was instantly KO'ed. It rolled and tumbled on the floor till it came to a halt. "Aaaawww man!" The trainer said looking at the shelment.

[OOC: I cant catch it, becuase its from a trainer. And i put in my other Eevee, not Snivy xD]

"YEAH!" Zane shouted out loud, happily, he actually won his first battle. Meoroill jumped up and down of joy. She jumped into his arms. Zane did a twirl of happiness. "Good job girl, im proud!" But Zane wasn't sure yet if it was done. Could there be another pokemon coming? What that trainer that focused on wanting the Durant that he would send out all of his pokemon?

The trainer looked at you for a brief moment then he returned his pokemon and stared at ball in which he encased his pokemon in. He gritted his teeth for a moment. "You are a good challeneger, I'll give you that," The trainer looked at you with a rivaling glare, "I am finished with this battle, you have been a good opponent," He turns around and walks away smiling, "We'll meet again,"

Zane looked at the trainer with open eyes that he left that quick. Zane looked down at the Durant. "Well...you're safe now." Zane said. Durant also rand away quickly. "Wow...some thanks." Zane said with a sigh.

Zane returned Mearoill to her PokeBall. "Well i guess we might aswell go on then?" Snivy nodded. She jumped on Zane's shoulder and they walked along.
