Appearance:Richard has brown hair, that almost goes down to his back. He has hazel eyes that look like sunsets. His sweater is as black as night and his red shirt is bright like a million pieces of diamonds. His red shirt has a peace sign on it.His pants are light brown like chocolate. His shoes are green like grass and are very bright.Richard has a scarf that is as red as the sun. He has a scar on his right arm that looks like a star.

Personality:Richard is really shy, and is scared of everything. He is very caring and loves Pokemon. He acts sort of mean sometimes.He is very independent. He is not that emotional. He is very adventurous. If you get to know him he's a good friend. He is very curious.

History:When Richard was 3 years old, his parents died so he was put in an orphanage in Amtheius Island. He was raised their ever since. Sometimes he played with the orphanage's Pokemon, Larvitar. They liked each other. Until one day the professor came in and gave him a starter pokemon. He chose a friendly . Richard and Pawniard played on the island and just had fun. They were best friends. Until an Abra went on the island and Pawniard teleported to an ocean. Pawniard tried to swim back to the island, but it didn't know what way to swim.Pawniard found the Abra and he teleported back to the island. Then they went on their adventure to be the champions.

This doesn't look complete. You didn't proclaim that this character is a work in progress, so I'll assume that it isn't. First of all, EVERYTHING NEEDS TO BE LONGER, you're using bad English though I admire your use of imagery, and finally to wrap it all up, pokemon only start with egg moves if every other move they have is non-offensive.
