Lunile the Small Serpent pokemon, Although many consider Lunile a Dragon, it actually has been proven to be more of a like a sea snake.

Appearance
They usally reach about 3 feet in lengeth and weigh in at about 30 pounds. They have a light blue coloring on their scales that blends in well with the water and a dark blue underside that can mimic the deep waters. There eyes appear a little large for their bodies but are often soft and gentle. This dragon does not have the body of a western dragon but the of the eastern dragons so it resembles a snake with wings, but still as graceful as any other dragon. Their prefered mode of transportation is by water. They can be territoral.

Hydroto

Hydroto is a dual Type Water/Bug pokèmon.
Evolves from Luwave at level 36 and is the final form of Lunile.

Appearance
Hydroto has become a large serpent-like dragon from the legends of the east. The blue coloring has now incorparated saphires gems in parts of their scales, and the white on thier faces resembles glisting pearls. They can grow to be over 14 feet long and weight over 1000 pounds. Their legs are strongly devolped and can crush rocks and bolduers with ease. Their wings have fully devolped and have a wingspan equal to their body length. These magistic creatures are at home in the water, air, or land.

Spriting note: I take it that this final form looks like a chinese winged dragon with hands. Has the basic form the hands or not?

I'm imagining something like this:
Lunile: no limbs and no wings
Luwave: limbs but no wings
Hydroto: limbs and wings

Am I correct?
