Appearance: Claire has long, very dark purple hair that is chopped off around the middle of her back. She usually wears a dull pink headband, but not all the time. Her eyes are a grape-ish, and pretty dull looking. She prefers to wear her uniform, simply because it's comfortable and she thinks she looks good in it. But, more often she's seen wearing blue jeans and a simple white T. She will never wear closed shoes, only flipslops, but preferably no shoes.

She stands roughly 5'4'' and weighs about 120 lbs, so she's a pretty small girl, but she doesn't normally let that get in the way of her doing things. And, even though she is small, she does pack quite the punch. So, somewhere hidden in her body is a lot of muscle.

Personality: Claire is very shy and not good at all with people. She shies away from big crowds. Respectfully, she hates the city. However, if she's alone with her Pokemon, she acts like a total goofball. So, her personality is somewhat out there. But, if anyone takes the time to let her warm up to them, she may start to act a little childish around them, but only if they're a close friend.

In battle, or during training, Claire is very hesitant. She will never push her Pokemon to their limits and fears letting them faint in battle. Because she never pushes her Pokemon to be stronger, training seems to be more difficult for her. It's also a little frustrating for her Pokemon too.

Ironically, she's quite the daredevil. She enjoys climbing impossibly tall mountains, climbing the tallest trees, and skydiving. If you didn't notice, she's very interested in flying, the sky, and space. But her true passion lies with raising Pokemon and traveling. Even if she's no good at battling she loves being around Pokemon and seems to even have a way with Pokemon, whether they're wild or tamed.

History: Claire lived in the Johto region as a girl. Her father was a training at the gym, so her and her father became friends with Morty the gym leader. Claire looked up to Morty as an idol and dreamed of being one of his trainers at the gym. Every day, Claire would go to see Morty and they would go out in the near by route to search for a legendary Pokemon named Suicune. Of course, they never actually found the Pokemon, but Claire learned a lot from those trips.

When Claire turned 16, she went out into the route by herself to catch her own Pokemon. Sadly, things didn't really work out and the only thing she got was a slight burn on her hand from trying to catch a Growlithe. Disappointed and shot down, Claire went to the gym to tell Morty of her failure. When she arrived, her father and Morty were standing at the door and in Morty's hand was a pokeball. Inside the pokeball was a newborn Shuppet, which Claire nicknamed Damien. Damien and Claire became the best of friends and it seemed like she was going to get to live her dream and be on of Morty's trainers.

Then her father said that had to move. Claire begged to stay with Morty and even made promises of visiting her father, but nothing worked. Five days later, her things were packed and they were on their way to a new region. Apparently, her father had some sort of job offer in this new region. Claire didn't really care what her father's excuses were. As soon as they arrived in the region, Claire ran away to become a trainer, and hopefully one day return to Morty.

Personality: Cleo is very Bold and usually gets herself into a lot of trouble. She is very outgoing and it seems like she talks more than Claire. Cleo likes to take charge and make decisions for Claire, which, once again, usually ends badly, but Cleo means well.
