Pokemon Name Rigaseon

Since Eevee is a starter here, I thought I'd make some interesting evolutions for it. Rigaseon is named after Greek word Rigas, meaning king. It is also the only evolution of eevee that can evolve. In addition to the table, it can also learn every move eevee can.

How about the first eeveelution is through leveling up then the second one is by stone? Sort of like Lombre and Nuzleaf.

We have Gai peninsula and faith desert...Idk if thats what you want though.

More likely Gai, as it seems you can get to level 20 by then.

Maybe you could use it as a totally different species to Eevee. I mean, it could be some sort of egyptian cat. I know you're aiming for uniqueness here, but theres a fine oine between uniqueness, and unrealisticness.
I likethe design idea, the diamond on the head is a good trait. Although as I say, I wouldn't particularly back this being created properly into the game, unless the Eevee idea was dropped, if that was the case, I would completely agree with this pokemon being used, once it had it's final sprite.

Edit: Made them separate evolution, and balanced their stats.

I'd switch the two stones around, as Darwineon looks more "kingly" with the stone in the forehead.
Also, they need a wider (and possibly different from each other) moveset.

After that we can say they're ready for a game-like sprite.
We may also consider a different coloration for both, what do you say?

Maybe different looks could be an option as well....Or i guess we can go with tones of colorization, ya know vamping and stuff, it seems to be more logical that way.
