Yeah, this was REALLY hard for me. My first proper spriting. They're not very good, and you'll probably think they suck, but let me run through the facts of them.

Aqweb
The droplet bug pokemon
Type: Bug/Water
(50/50 Gender)
Abilities:
Rainy heart
If a weather change is triggered, sunny for example, it will automatically become rain is Aqweb, (Or Oceanula) with that ability is on the field.
Swarm
Ups bug type moves in a pinch.

1: Uploaded my sprites. Did basic information.
2: Uploaded Shiny Lavendeena Sprite, and righted some wrongs on it's normal sprite.

These are really good

I like their appearance, especially the water spider, but their weather power is potentially very strong in a suitable team.

That's something we should consider well, as both pokèmon instantly win against a Tyranitar for example, neutralizing its power and putting on a favorable weather for them to gain immediate advantage with no effort.
They both allow easy set up for rain or sun exploiters, something only legendaries, hard to train pokèmon, or rare dream world ones do.

Yeah, Terra, I thought the abilities are unique, so I only gave Lavendeena one.

And, as far as I'm aware, no pokemon at all do this.

Sorry, they popped into my head at different times, so sorry. :L

I don't mean they're not unique, I mean they easily set the weather for your team. Very few pokèmon can do that: Drought, Drizzle, Sand Stream and Snow Warning are on Legendaries, Pseudo-Legendaries, mediocre-weak pokèmon (abomasnow with his ton of weaknesses), or special ones (dream world ones).

A Lavendeena instantly ruins a Kyogre, because it has Drizzle, by removing rain and setting up intense sunlight, effectively halving its water attacks by its mere presence.
Only Groudon (legendary), Tyranitar (Pseudo-legendary), Abomasnow and a Vulpix or a Politoed from the dream world can achieve that.

Plus, with the aforementioned pokèmon you're able to switch the weather in your favor only when you switch in.
With Lavendeena you immediately gain weather in your favor, always, no matter how your opponent tries to manipulate weather. I think it's a rather strong ability for a non legendary to possess.

So basically, it's not very good. :L

so are they able to go into the region and be captured cuz i might want one

I shall be honest here.
I like the spiders, but i actually had expected something bigger when it evolved, but then again it only evolves at lvl 22.

I really like Lavendeena. If it gets approved im sure i wanna catch one, becuase it would come in handy for the Contest. It would be a good team mate for my Snivy and Feebas :3

It's not meant to evolve into an amazing pokemon, as it would be in the common section of maps, sort of like the Ledyba of Honiso.
It looks more humanoid, because I based it on spiderman.
